Sparks Hostel - Rotterdam

I recently stayed at Sparks Hostel for two nights during a weekend getaway. The location of the hostel is superb, with easy walking distance to Rotterdam Central Station. The modern and fresh interior of the hostel was a pleasant surprise. The customer service provided by the staff was exceptional, with everyone being genuinely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a sense of privacy. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, and the bathrooms were of a good size and very clean. The hostel even allowed me to hang around in the common area after checking out, which was a bonus. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return if given the chance.

This hostel offers a clean, modern, and safe environment with friendly and professional staff. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, making it perfect for exploring the city. The beds are designed for privacy, have their own reading lights and sockets, and generous lockers for secure storage. There is a nice kitchen with all the needed appliances and a small lift for convenience.

Some guests may find the noise from the nearby traffic and tram a bit disturbing.

Sparks Hostel surpassed my expectations! The bunk beds provided excellent privacy and the common area was a stylish and relaxing space. The location couldn't be better, perfect for exploring Rotterdam. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend this hostel for its cleanliness, comfort, and great value.

Wow, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hostel! The price was great value for money especially given the central location. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hostel was really clean and everything worked! I was impressed with the lift, which was small but mighty, and the bunk bed provided valuable space. There were good cooking facilities available for guests to use, which was really handy. Lastly, the privacy curtains were a nice touch for a dormitory stay.

While the breakfast was tasty the price was slightly steep for what was offered. And, while the privacy curtains were a good idea, they didn't quite meet in the middle leaving a small gap.

Easy check-in process, spacious room, personal areas in beds, ample storage space, clean kitchen.

The hostel had a perfect location in the heart of the city which was great for exploring. the staff was very welcoming and friendly, which made the experience way better. I also enjoyed their free wifi and complimentary breakfast that was satisfying.

The stay was not as great as expected. the bathroom facilities were not up to standard, and there were not enough private spaces.

I recently stayed at Sparks Hostel for my trip to Rotterdam. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring my satisfaction throughout my extended stay. The location is perfect, right near the main railway station and shopping street. The price was reasonable and the availability of the kitchen was convenient. The rooms had a stylish decoration and the privacy of the beds, along with separate toilet and shower facilities, added to the comfort. I highly recommend this hostel, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff.

Friendly staff. Clean room with high-sided beds. Steps instead of ladders. Reading light and shelf at each bed. Generous lockers. Separate shower and toilet. Convenient location with tram stop and central station nearby. Easy walking distance to attractions.

We loved this hotel! The location was superb - just a short walk from the train station and a grocery store across the street. The common spaces were spacious, and the lobby had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and private, with a fantastic view outside. The bathroom was amazing, having a huge shower and spa-like hot water. We appreciated that the hotel provided outlets in the locker so we could charge our valuable items while keeping them secure. The staff was welcoming and helpful, especially the guy who worked the late-night shift.

We loved staying at this place! The location could not have been more perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to a supermarket. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. We even made use of the shared kitchen to cook a meal. The staff were friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for things to do in the area.

Centrally located, surrounded by nice restaurants and public transport, smooth check-in/check-out process, polite staff, comfortable and clean dorm with basic amenities, great kitchen and dining space.

Nothing for me.

I had an amazing stay at Sparks! The rooms were super clean and the bunk beds with real stairs were a unique touch. I also loved having a hairdryer in my room. The lounge area was beautifully decorated and created a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen, although small, was well thought out and had everything I needed. I highly recommend Sparks for its really good facilities and attention to detail.
